Quality management system

The quality management system of JSC "ITED" in 2007 was successfully certified for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001.

In 2020, JSC "ITED" passed the recertification procedure in relation to research and development in the field of economics and strategic development of railway transport (certificate of conformity No. 21.0003.026 is valid until January 14, 2024). The certificate was issued by the Certification Association "Russian Register", which has an affiliated status in the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) and the accreditation of the US National Council-ANAB for certification according to the international standard ISO 9001.

In order to ensure a high level of quality of performed work and provided services, the Association has developed 12 standards on QMS, regulating the requirements for the organization of the main processes of the Institute.

The management of JSC "ITED" takes the necessary measures for continuously improvement of the productivity and efficiency of activities, improvement of the QMS.
