From October 1 to 4, 2024, the XI International Construction Forum "100+ TechnoBuild" took place in Yekaterinburg. The forum included the IV International Construction Championship, with Russian Railways (RZD) as one of the traditional organizers alongside the Ministry of Construction of Russia, State Corporation "Rosatom," PJSC "Gazprom," and the Russian Student Teams Organization. The competition saw the participation of 12,000 contestants in 34 categories, with 76 representatives from RZD competing in 14 categories and 55 employees acting as experts.

Railway workers claimed three first places in the "Construction Supervision" category, first place in the team category "Information Modeling and Design," and third place in "Pricing and Cost Estimation."

The forum saw active participation from key RZD divisions such as the Directorate for Track Repair, the Directorate for Comprehensive Reconstruction of Railways and Construction of Railway Transport Facilities, and the Directorate for Construction of Communication Networks. Additionally, major project and scientific institutes, including IEDT, NIIAS, Roszheldorproject, and contractors like RZDStroy and SpecCityStroy LLC, contributed to the event.

Representing IEDT was Marina Vyacheslavovna Redkaya, Deputy Head of the Center for Sectoral Normative Development. She presented a highly engaging report at the "Construction Navigator" session on methodological approaches to determining preliminary construction costs for railway infrastructure projects.
