Strategic Planning for the Comprehensive Development of Railway Transport within the Unified Transport System of the Russian Federation Considering International Integration


We are developing new transport links and enhancing the efficiency of existing ones to shape the future image of a sustainable transport system in Russia.
Our primary concern is to ensure the balanced strategic development of the railway transport system in the Russian Federation, taking into account its integration into the international transport system. This development is based on the effective economy of each of its elements, the justification of investments, the harmonization of new technical and technological solutions, and innovations.

The institute is distinguished by its highly professional team and modern technical tools and instruments. These resources enable the achievement of at least a 1.4-fold increase in revenues by 2030 compared to 2022 while maintaining a positive financial performance throughout the strategic horizon
