Quality management system

Since IEDT JSC establishment, its quality management system was successfully certified for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 international standard.

In 2024, re-certification procedure of IEDT JSC in respect of scientific research, consultations and digital solutions development in the field of economics, strategic development of railway transport, transportation process technology and development of cost estimates and regulatory documents was completed (certificate No. 24.0025.026, is effective until January 14, 2027). IEDT quality management system was certified by Certification Association "Russian Register", having a wide range of international, national, industry accreditations, notifications for the implementation of its activities.

In order to ensure a high level of quality of work and services, the Company has developed 12 QMS standards that regulate the requirements for the organization of the Institute's core processes.

The management of IEDT JSC is taking the necessary measures to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve the quality management system in accordance with the current Quality Policy of IEDT JSC.
