IEDT JSC is committed to the principle of zero tolerance to corruption in any of its forms and manifestations when carrying out any types of activities.

In order to prevent corruption, provide prompt response to the facts of corrupt practices within IEDT JSC, which can cause damage to economic activity and business reputation, we have in place an Anti-Corruption Hotline of IEDT JSC.

Reports on corrupt practices within IEDT JSC are received on the Anti-Corruption Hotline:

Reporting violations

Please note that the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation stipulates criminal responsibility for slander and knowingly false report of a crime (Articles 128.1, 306 of the Criminal Code).

Rules for accepting and reviewing reports

Messages sent in writing should include a "Corruption" mark or a subject line.

When contacting the telephone line, the applicant is asked for his/her personal data. By submitting his or her personal data, the applicant gives his or her consent to their processing and transfer to third parties, i.e. to perform the actions prescribed by the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No 152-FZ "On Personal Data". If the applicant refuses to disclose his or her personal data, the message is considered anonymous and does not require a response to the applicant.


The response to the report received through the channels of Anti-Corruption Hotline of IEDT JSC is sent in the form of an electronic document to the e-mail address specified in the message, or by mail to the address specified by the applicant for mailing, within the time frame established by law.

Incoming reports may be left unanswered if:

  • the reports does not contain the name of the applicant who sent the report, or postal or e-mail address to which a response should be sent;

  • the report contains obscene or abusive language, threats to the life, health and property of an employee of IEDT JSC or his or her family members;

  • the text of the written report is unreadable;

  • the text of the written report does not allow determining the essence of the proposal, statement or complaint;

  • the report contains a question, to which the applicant has repeatedly been given written answers in response to the previously sent reports.
