From September 17 to 19, 2024, the Chief Engineers Board of RZD JSCo held a meeting in Kaliningrad. The event was attended by Yuri Nikolaevich Fedorov, First Deputy General Director of IEDT JSC.

Yuri Nikolaevich made a report on the topic "On the main parameters of the General Scheme for the Development of the Railway Network for the Period up to 2030 and for the Future up to 2036". In his speech, he covered key technological trends, infrastructure projects, and forecast technical and economic parameters for the long-term development of railway transport.

The event brought together chief engineers and key executives of the Russian Railways holding to discuss current issues and to exchange experience in various areas of railway operation.
