In order to monitor the progress of the implementation of "Murmansk Transport Hub Development Roadmap (18 million tons to Lavna coal terminal from 2023)" a commission inspection of Vykhodnoy - Kola - Murmashi-2 - Lavna port section was conducted on March 14, 2023. The inspection was attended by representatives of  the Department of Management of the Railway Transportation and Infrastructure Business Unit, Oktyabrskaya Railway, JSC Yamaltransstroy and IEDT JSC. The inspection was attended by I.A. Porechina, Deputy Head of the Center for the Development of Railway Transport.

The participants inspected the most difficult construction projects, such as the bridge over the Tuloma River, the motorway junction near the Vykhodnoy station, etc. The purpose of the commission inspection was to assess as to whether it is possible to launch traffic operations at the end of 2023.
