Memorandum on the formation of the coordinating council

16 ноября 2022 г. на площадке Форума «Транспортная неделя – 2022» подписан Меморандум об образовании Координационного совета институтов научного отраслевого комплекса холдинга «РЖД» (НОК), в состав которого входят  ​ АО «ИЭРТ», АО «ВНИИЖТ», АО «НИИАС» и АО «ВНИКТИ».  

Memorandum defined the basic approaches and forms of cooperation in the implementation of joint research projects of NOC institutes, including:

  • development and approval of roadmaps, action plans and cooperation programs;

  • creation of joint coordination, advisory, expert, working commissions and groups;

  • exchange of experience and information on ongoing research and achievements in the field of transport science.

The activities of the Coordinating Council will be focused on combining the scientific interdisciplinary potential of the entire NOC of the Russian Railways holding, which will provide an additional synergetic effect from the implementation of research aimed at the development of railway transport.
