Issues of land and property relations that are relevant for the RZD holding is one of the topics regularly covered by the Bulletin of the Legal Department of RZD JSCo. The tenth thematic article "Owned property in abeyance: how RZD JSCo defends its real estate title" by S.V. Sekushin, Deputy Director General of IEDT JSC, and G.V. Rahman, expert of IEDT JSC, was published in the July journal number. The point at issue is that cases of erroneous duplication of the city's rights to buildings owned by RZD JSCo are successfully challenged in arbitration courts.
