IEDT Publishes Articles in "Railway Economics" Journal

In the September issue of the monthly journal for managers and financial-economic professionals in the railway industry, "Railway Economics", two articles prepared by employees of IEDT were published:

  • "Procedure for Determining Excess Freight Car Fleet by Operators and Within Railway Boundaries" in the journal's "Freight Transport" section, authored by D.A. Khodykin, expert in the Transport Infrastructure Project Management Department.

  • "Method for Determining Preliminary Construction Costs of Railway Transport Infrastructure at the Pre-Project Stage Based on Average Unit Costs of Similar Objects" in the "Transport Infrastructure" section, authored by S.V. Sekushin, Deputy General Director (Science); D.S. Rubchenko, Cand. Econ. Sc., Head of the Center for the Development of Industry Standards; and A.I. Petrovsky, Leading Engineer of the Center for the Development of Industry Standards.
