Sergey Valeryevich Rumyantsev, General Director of JSC “Institute for Transport Economics and Development” (IEDT), has been appointed as a member of the Transport Economics Committee of the All-Russian public organization “Russian Academy of Transport.”

Following the Committee meeting held on October 7, 2025, Sergey Valeryevich Rumyantsev was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Committee, becoming part of its leadership.

The appointment reflects a high level of professional recognition and confirms the significant role of IEDT in shaping the expert agenda and advancing scientific and analytical support for the transport industry.
