ITED employee became the winner of the project "How to be successful and happy"

From March to May 2022, JSC "Russian Railways" hosted an annual corporate social project for women "How to be successful and happy". It is aimed at improving the quality of women's existences, expanding their areas of interest and competence, and is organized under the auspices of the Coordinating Council for Improving Working Conditions, Recreation and Social Support for Women of JSC "Russian Railways".

For the participants, and there were more than 1000 of them, the leading speakers of Russia and the company perfomed with online classes and master classes in various areas: leadership, interpersonal relationships, personal brand, life and work balance, responsible parenthood, social design, etc. After the training, the participants optionally (in groups and individually) developed social projects on the following topics:

  • involvement of employees in solving corporate tasks and formation of a traffic safety culture;

  • tools for non-material motivation of industry employees;

  • spiritual, moral and patriotic values, development of volunteerism, promotion of a healthy lifestyle, sports among employees;

  • introduction of a culture of continuous self-learning and self-development of employees;

  • the mission of a woman in the company;

  • initiatives in the field of ecology and careful consumption among employees;

  • development of the internship system and interstructural interaction of the company's employees.

During several stages of selection from more than 110 projects, 14 passed to the final of the competition, and on May 20, 7 winning projects were determined by the jury at the online defense. Among them was the project of the employee of JSC "ITED" – Tsyrenova E.D., engineer of the 1st category of the department of support of research activities "Universal fighter". The project is aimed at developing a horizontal rotation system in the Institute's departments and training generic employees capable of solving a wide range of tasks. The implementation of the project will create favorable conditions for the professional growth of employees, increase their expertise, and will also contribute to reducing the level of emotional burnout. The winners received memorable diplomas, awards and invitations to the Forum of Women of JSC "Russian Railways", which will be held on the 22-24 of June 2022 in Samara.
