Academic Board Meeting

On October 27, 2023, the Academic Board of IEDT JSC held a meeting dedicated to the issues of development and evolvement of the technological section of General scheme of RZD JSCo network development.

At the meeting, scientific partners of IEDT JSC from the institutes of the Russian Railways holding company, leading scientific developments in various areas of railway transport, presented the results and outlined the promising research tasks of their organizations. The speakers were:

  • E.N. Rosenberg – PhD of Engineering Sciences, First Deputy Director General of NIIAS JSC;

  • D.V. Kotyaev ‒ Deputy Chief Engineer of VNIKTI JSC;

  • P.S. Kholodnyak ‒ Head of the department of scientific center “Digital Transportation Models and Energy Saving Technologies” of VNIIZhT JSC.

The Institute presented a report with proposals for an Algorithm for selecting technical and technological solutions for inclusion in the technological section of the General Scheme (speaker: A.V. Barbashev ‒ Deputy Head of the Center for the Development of Railway Transport, IEDT JSC).

There was a discussion and exchange of views on the reports with the invited participants of the meeting, among whom were representatives of departments and directorates of RZD JSCo and industry science.
