Consent to the processing of personal data

By sending messages via this contact form you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ dd 27/07/2006 "On Personal Data". You hereby express your informed consent to the processing (collection, recording, classification, accumulation, storage, respecification (update, change), extraction, use, granting access, de-personalization, blocking deletion, destruction) of your personal data by both automated and non-automated means by IETD JSC, TIN 7709859170, 105066, Moscow, ul. Novoryazanskaya, 24 (hereinafter - "Operator"):

• Full name;

• Contact information (home and cell phone, e-mail address);

• Postal address;

• Other information as deemed necessary by the Applicant.

The personal data are processed by the Operator in order to process the information provided by you through the feedback form completed on the Operator's website for the purposes of processing your request, providing assistance (advice) to you as a visitor of the Operator's website, including those related to the services provided by the Operator, communication on issues related to your request, as well as record keeping of statistical data on the above-mentioned requests. The applicant shall make a decision to provide his/her personal data and consent to its processing freely, willingly and in his/her own interest.
This consent has no time limitations. You can withdraw your consent to data processing by submitting a written application to the Operator. If you withdraw your consent, please send a scanned copy of your withdrawal to e-mail address: kadry@iedt.ru. The withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data shall:

• include Applicant's full name and identifying information such as date of birth, email and mobile phone);

• have a personal signature of the Applicant.

As prescribed by law on the protection of personal data, within a period not exceeding ten business days from the date of receipt of withdrawal, IETD JSC will stop processing your personal data, which will be confirmed by a relevant notice sent to the e-mail.
