A Collective Agreement for 2026–2028 Signed at IEDT

The Joint Stock Company Institute for Transport Economics and Development (IEDT) has signed a Collective Agreement regulating social and labor relations for the period from 2026 to 2028. The document replaces the current agreement, which expires on December 30, 2025.

The agreement was prepared as part of the development of social partnership. In December 2025, a vote was held among the Institute’s employees, as a result of which the Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of JSC IEDT, Lev Nikolaevich Krasnov, was authorized to conduct collective bargaining and sign the agreement on behalf of the workforce. Employees also submitted proposals to update the content of the document.

The new Collective Agreement was developed taking into account the provisions of the Collective Agreement of Russian Railways (RZD) and initiatives put forward by the Institute’s employees. The document includes a number of significant additions, including:

· Formal recognition of the status “Employee – participant in the special military operation”.
· Reflection of nationwide values defined by the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
· Clarification of provisions related to wage indexation and the procedure for calculating average earnings.
· Adjustment of the conditions for reimbursing travel expenses of employees and their minor children.

The Collective Agreement for 2026–2028 was signed by the Director General of JSC IEDT, Sergey Valeryevich Rumyantsev, and the Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization, Lev Nikolaevich Krasnov.

Notably, the Collective Agreement of JSC IEDT for 2023–2025 received high recognition at the level of the Moscow Railway, taking third place in the “Best Collective Agreement” competition in 2023.

The new agreement is aimed at further improving the system of social partnership within the company and enhancing the level of social guarantees and protection for the Institute’s employees.
