The Institute signed a cooperation agreement with Promzheldortrans SRO Association, the biggest non-profit organization for the protection of interests of industrial railway transport enterprises.

As part of the agreement, it is supposed that there will be joint research and consulting activities in a number of areas, including:

• development of Unified Process Flows for non-public tracks and connecting stations of RZD JSCo;

• variant calculations of throughput and handling capacity of public and non-public railroad tracks in conjunction with the connecting station;

• elaboration of the issues of building up the potential of the freight base in the interaction of industrial railway transport with public railway transport.

Development of cooperation among organizations will promote introducing advanced scientific achievements in the development of projects of interoperability of public and non-public railway sector, the preparation of regulatory, methodological and other documents.
