National Research-to-Practice Conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Honored Scientist, Professor I.V. Belov "Trends of economic development of transport complex of Russia: foresight, forecasts and strategies" was held on the platform of the Russian University of Transport (RUT (MIIT)) on April 20, 2023.

The purpose of the conference is to summarize the experience of investigating trends in the economic development of the transport complex of Russia, to establish and develop cooperation between transport universities and employers, the exchange of research and practical achievements in the development of forecasts, analytics and the use of foresight technologies.

At the conference, R.V. Martyshkin, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Deputy Head of the Macroeconomics and Forecasting Methodology Center of IEDT JSC, presented a report devoted to logistic models of container transportation in the new economic context, and S.P. Kudiyarov, 1st category engineer of the Macroeconomics and Forecasting Methodology Center of IEDT JSC, presented a report on the topic "Foresight-technologies in development of regional transportation systems".
