On February 14-15, 2024, the VI International Transport and Legal Forum “Security as a strategic national priority of Russia in modern conditions” was held at the Law Institute, RUT (MIIT).

During the forum, experts discussed the issues of transport and ensuring the national security of Russia, as well as international security and sovereignty.

At the forum, S.V. Sekushin, Deputy Director General, presented a report on the topic “Restriction on the circulation of railway transport infrastructure objects”.

Sergei Vladimirovich touched upon the problem of restrictions in the circulation of RZD JSCo property, reflected on the largest railway lines of general and non-public use (except for RZD JSCo), which are not limited in circulation, and also cited as an example the unified backbone transport network of the Russian Federation as an objective criterion for limiting the circulation of its infrastructure.
