From June 5 to 8, 2024, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), one of the largest and most significant economic events in the world, was held in St. Petersburg. SPIEF annually gathers business leaders, government representatives, and leading experts to discuss key issues and develop strategies for development.

Irina Gennadyevna Magnushevskaya, Director General of IEDT JSC, participated in the forum as part of the delegation of JSC "Russian Railways".

During the forum, Irina Gennadyevna actively participated in discussions and roundtables dedicated to the development of transport infrastructure, innovations in logistics, and new technologies in the field of railway transportation. Special attention was given to issues of interaction and development within BRICS, sustainable development, and the implementation of digital solutions to improve the efficiency of transport systems.

The participation of IEDT JSC, a leading research center in the field of economics and transport development, in the SPIEF allowed for the establishment of new business contacts and the discussion of prospective projects with international and Russian leading companies.
