IEDT has joined the Anti-Corruption Charter

In June 2024, IEDT JSC, in implementing the requirements of Article 13.3 of the Federal Law of December 25, 2008 No. 273-FZ "On Combating Corruption" and taking measures to prevent corruption, joined the Anti-Corruption Charter of Russian Business, receiving a certificate signed by RSPP President Alexander Shokhin.

The Anti-Corruption Charter is a specific set of rules, a code of honor for entrepreneurs, which includes the development of standards for honest and incorruptible business conduct.

The Charter provides for the implementation of special anti-corruption programs and practices by companies, which concern the internal life of the companies, relationships with business partners and the state, financial control, and working with personnel.

The Anti-Corruption Charter of Russian Business was signed on September 20, 2012, by four of Russia's largest business associations: the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the All-Russian Non-Governmental Organization of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses "OPORA ROSSII," and the All-Russian Non-Governmental Organization "Business Russia." The signing took place at the XI Investment Forum in Sochi with the participation of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, D.A. Medvedev.

By joining the Charter, we reaffirm our commitment to the principle of rejecting corruption in all its forms and manifestations. For us, this step is a logical continuation of adopting the anti-corruption policy of IEDT JSC, which establishes measures to prevent corruption and supports the development of a culture of trust and responsibility. We understand that reputation and conscientious behavior are extremely important in today's world, which is why ethical behavior is an important component of the corporate culture at IEDT JSC.
