On July 5, 2024, the First gathering of young scientists and specialists of the RZD Scientific and Technical Council, organized by VNIIZHT JSC at the Yakhonty-Noginsk park hotel, concluded. The three-day event was a significant occasion for young specialists and scientists in the transport industry.
As part of the meeting, participants were able to take part in a rich program that included:
Interesting lectures from outstanding figures in transport and science shared their knowledge and experience, inspiring the younger generation to achieve new heights.
Communication between the youth of the RZD institutes, which contributed to strengthening professional connections and exchanging ideas.
Business games and brainstorming sessions in the field of youth scientific events were aimed at finding innovative solutions and new approaches.
Warm evenings by the campfire, creating an atmosphere of unity and mutual understanding among the participants.
Young specialists, postgraduates, and leaders from IEDT participated in the meeting: Yana Barinova, Victoria Bogdanova, Anna Vyshegorodtseva, Karina Kalinovskaya, Karina Kuzmina, and the Chairman of the Youth Council, Andrey Zakovorotny.
As part of science popularization effort, IEDT team prepared a project showcasing the institute's multidisciplinary activities. Karina Kalinovskaya presented a stand-up format report on the project and won first place.
