From July 17 to 20, on the Privolzhskaya Railway in Volgograd, events were held as part of the Best Practices School "Managing the Implementation of the Comprehensive Plan for Modernization and Expansion of the Main Transport Infrastructure," under the leadership of A.S. Makarov, Deputy Director General of RZD JSCo.

The purpose of this School of Best Practices was to address current issues in the construction industry, including key innovations in regulatory frameworks, the digital transformation of the construction sector, and effective collaboration among participants in the construction process.

The event was attended by Irina Gennadyevna Magnushevskaya, Director General of IEDT JSC.

Irina Gennadyevna delivered a report on the topic "Development of Railway Polygons in Conjunction with the Formation of the National Project 'Efficient Transport System'". The report addressed the strategic directions for the development of the Russian railway system, measures to increase the throughput capacity of mainlines, and modern technological and innovative solutions. Special attention was given to the development of the Eastern Polygon infrastructure, highlighting it as a crucial issue for international logistics and regional economic development.
