On September 19, 2025, the annual Records Management Day conference was held at VNIIZhT, focusing on the digitalization of administrative processes and the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in document management.
The event brought together representatives of the Administrative and Organizational Department of Russian Railways, research institutes of the RZD Holding, including IEDT and NIIAS, as well as VNIIDAD and leading IT solution developers.
IEDT was represented by Anna Stolyarova, an expert from the Software Development and Implementation Department, who delivered a presentation on the institute’s comprehensive solutions for the digitalization of document management processes. IEDT’s approaches to workflow automation and management efficiency improvement drew strong interest from conference participants and were highlighted as a successful example of IT tool integration within the RZD Holding’s operations.
