On 19 November 2025, during the XIX International Forum Transport of Russia in Gostiny Dvor, a formal ceremony was held to sign a cooperation agreement between the Institute for Transport Economics and Development (IEDT) and Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University (PGUPS).
The document outlines the parties’ intention to develop a long-term, effective, and mutually beneficial partnership. The main focus is on implementing joint research, educational, and outreach projects, as well as strengthening scientific and methodological collaboration.
