On the 18-19 of July 2022, a meeting of authorized representatives of railway administrations was held in the format of a videoconference.

The meeting was attended by authorized representatives of the railway administrations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Uzbekistan, Georgia, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Estonia, representatives of the Directorate of the Railway Transport Council of the Commonwealth member States (hereinafter – Directorate of the Council), the Information and Computing Center of Railway Administrations (IVC ZHA) and the Institute of Economics and Transport Development (JSC "ITED").

Representatives of JSC "ITED" at this meeting were the head of the Department of Digital Technologies of Transportation Management of the Department of Railway Operation and Interaction of Transport Systems Shchepanov A.L. and Chief Researcher of the Department of Railway Operation and Interaction of Transport Systems Lazareva E.N.

As part of the work  within the framework of the NTR Plan of JSC "Russian Railways" for 2022 on the topic "Development of an automated system for organizing car traffic in international traffic (ASOV-MS)", a revised draft of the Technical Specification for an Automated system for organizing car traffic in international traffic, developed by JSC "ITED", was prepared and sent to the railway administrations for consideration.

All railway administrations participating in the financing of this work, developed within the framework of the NTR Plan of JSC "Russian Railways" for 2022 "Development of an automated system for organizing car traffic in international traffic (ACOV-MS)", voted for the approval of the Terms of Reference.
