On April 27, 2023 the Joint Academic Board of RZD JSCo held a meeting to discuss the issues pertaining to scientific assessment of the implementation of innovative projects within the framework of the development of the Central and St. Petersburg transport hubs and the development of proposals for the use of proven technologies on the railway network in order to create a new level of quality of transport services for the population of megacities and agglomerations.

S.E. Korobkin, Cand. Econ. Sc., Deputy Head of the Center for the Development of Passenger Transportation of IEDT JSC, presented the report "Development of the railway infrastructure of the Central transport hub for the future until 2030 and beyond, taking into account the urban development of the Moscow agglomeration".
