The 11th issue of the scientific journal “Bulletin of the Scientific Council of JSC ‘Institute for Transport Economics and Development’ (IEDT)” has been published, featuring 12 articles by researchers from IEDT and academic partners from three institutes of RUT (MIIT) and HSE University.

The issue brings together relevant ideas in the fields of economics, operations, development, and digitalization of railway transport, which were discussed at meetings of the IEDT Scientific Council throughout 2025 and early 2026.

The publication includes thematic sections: “New Ideas,” “Science to Industry,” “Problems and Judgments,” and “Dissertation Research.”
