On April 25, 2023, a webinar «An integrated approach to evaluating the effectiveness of investment projects for the development of railway infrastructure» was held in preparation for the «Novoye Zveno.Projects» competition at The Corporate University of Russian Railways.

A.D.Rozhkov, Deputy Head of Investment Program Monitoring and Financial Modeling Center of IEDT JSC, Cand. Econ. Sc., was invited as an expert.

Our colleague covered the issue of assessment of the economic efficiency of the infrastructure projects, held a discussion on general principles and recommendations in project evaluation, approaches to developing financial models and evaluating commercial and socio-economic efficiency, as well as calculating key indicators of return on investment.
