«Transport business of Russia» journal is a scientific issue with a long history. The journal was registered in 1998.

Since 2003, the journal has been included in the list of the scholarly journals and periodicals, where basic scientific results of theses for academic degrees of candidates of sciences and doctors of sciences should be published.

Problematic, research and practice scientific articles focusing on the modern scientific thought advances in economy, management, finance, transport, construction and law are being published in the journal.
