At the RZD Corporate University, representatives from the holding shared insights with experts from Roskachestvo and other organizations about the company’s existing Quality Management System (QMS).

"We conducted a planned event as part of our cooperation agreement with Roskachestvo. In the past, we participated in such meetings to learn from other companies' experiences," explained Arthur Akopyan, Deputy Head of the Technical Policy Department of RZD. "We highlighted the processes we have implemented to train our staff in quality management across various areas of operation."

The development level of the QMS within the holding is highly rated. For instance, in February, one of its divisions – the Institute for Transport Economics and Development – received a diploma from the Russian Government Quality Award for 2023. Additionally, in 2024, the company launched its second internal corporate quality competition, now held every two years, with results to be announced in September 2025. The first version of the "Quality Management System at RZD" regulation was approved by the company’s board of directors in 2016 and updated in 2020.
