The basis for infrastructure development is a promising cargo base, the scenarios of which have been worked out by JSC "Institute for Transport Economics and Development ". One of them provides for an increase in cargo traffic to 210 million tons annually by 2030. By 2035, the cargo flow, according to the forecast of JSC "ITED" can reach 240 million tons.
