Currently, the Institute of Economics and Transport Development (IEDT) is preparing a feasibility study requested by RZD JSCo to substantiate investments. As a result of the expedition, which took place in 2021, experts came up with six options for the route with consideration of the following criteria: cargo base, engineering complexity, cost and timing of construction, area development.
