The introduction of modern digital technologies in the transportation process is discussed at the school of excellence of the Central Traffic Control Directorate, which takes place on September 20 and 21 on the Sverdlovsk Road.

Chief engineers and leading specialists from the traffic directorates of all Russian railways take part in the work of the school.

The introduction of modern digital technologies into the daily work of railway workers was actively discussed at the meeting. It was noted that in 2022, the effect of their practical use in the directorate amounted to 930 million rubles.

V.V. Panin, Deputy Director General of IEDT JSC, listed measures that would allow achieving the goals of the second and third stages of modernization (carrying capacity of 180 and 255 million tons, respectively) in his report on the development of the Eastern Polygon.
