The structure of cargo flow going by railway in the direction of the Russian seaports of the Southern Basin has changed significantly in 2022. The structure of sea transportation itself has also changed. This introduced uncertainty into their planning. According to JSC "ITED", coal transportation has recently increased in this direction.
